1. What we offer

RightContent.ai provides an AI-powered content generation platform. You can use it to create SEO-optimised articles and social media posts for your brand.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their permission
• One person, one account — unless you're on the Agency plan

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RightContent.ai to:

• Create spam, misleading content, or content designed to deceive
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Content ownership

Content you generate using RightContent.ai belongs to you. You are responsible for ensuring it complies with laws in your jurisdiction before publishing.

By using our service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content to provide the service.

5. Paid plans and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• There is no refund — we will give you credit for the remaining time of the month/year and you can use it as required
• Prices may change — we'll give you at least 30 days' notice

6. Availability

We aim for high uptime, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We won't be liable for losses caused by downtime or technical issues.

7. Limitation of liability

RightContent.ai is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
